Shipping & Handling Policy

Please note we are unable to ship merchandise to PO Box addresses.

Shipping Lead Times
Innovations Lighting strives to provide customers with the most accurate and up to date information regarding product availability and shipping timelines.  

If your purchase or project is time sensitive, we strongly recommend contacting us at (914) 734-8076 to inquire about expedited shipping services. Innovations Lighting is not responsible for costs or damages associated with shipment delays. Additionally, we strongly suggest that any professional installation services not be scheduled until your order has been received and thoroughly inspected.

Truck Freight – Large & Oversized Items
Items shipped via truck freight are delivered curbside or to the driveway only. Most freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, typically within a 2-4 hour window during normal business hours. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate contact phone number for the delivery address. 

At the time of delivery, the driver will require that you inspect the condition of the shipment and sign the delivery receipt. Be sure to note ANY and ALL visible damage to the packaging or items on the receipt prior to signing. Documenting the condition of the shipment is the responsibility of the customer, not the driver’s. 

If the carrier is unable to contact the customer, the customer will be responsible for any storage fees or return freight charges back to our warehouse. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
